This is a case where you turn off the tank lights, add salt to the water (read the aquarium salt instructions on that), make sure to raise the temps, and let your poor fish relax and heal in a quiet space. You can best do these things in a small hospital tank where it's easy to control the conditions, and treat the rest of your aquarium with the Ich medicine.
